This eight hour continuing education seminar allows you to renew a Vermont Propane & Natural Gas Certificate of Fitness. The seminar includes the required two hours of CO/Venting instruction (VTFP-1).

A copy of the Vermont Fire Code will be provided. Each student must bring their own copy of NFPA 54 (2015) and NFPA 58 (2014). You can not take the course without the correct year’s version of NFPA. We will not loan NFPA Code Books to students, but you may purchase them at class for $150 per book.

If you are a member of either HCCV or VFDA, you can take this seminar at a discounted rate. Members pay $150, non members $250.

Details: This class starts promptly at 8am and ends at 4:30pm. This course is limited to 20 students. No refunds will be issued for no shows, if you do not notify us 5 days before the class. We reserve the right to cancel any and all seminars for lack of student registrations. Firms that prepaid for cancelled seminars will receive a full refund. Students that attend the entire class will be mailed a certificate. The student is responsible for submitting their application with the Division of Fire Safety in order to obtain or renew Vermont Gas Certification of Fitness.
